Eligibility

Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unmodified, with all parts, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (this includes items with names, custom colors, sizing, NFC programming, or any special order specs).
How to start a return

Email iprintoronto@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order # and reason.

Wait for return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.
Return shipping costs

If you’re returning for change of mind / wrong size / not as expected and the item is not defective:

You are responsible for the return label and shipping costs.

If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit:

We cover the return label and replacement/refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Damages & issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right (replacement or refund). Keep all packaging for carrier claims.

If you’re unsure, email us with your product details before purchasing.
Exchanges
For faster service, place a new order for the desired item and request a return (if eligible) for the original. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund per the policy below.
EU 14-day cooling-off (if applicable)
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Custom/personalized items are excludedfrom this right.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
